1. 隱私承諾與資料收集原則

「上車易」（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）高度重視使用者的個人隱私權。我們秉持「零資料收集（No Data Collection）」原則：

不收集個人資料：本應用程式不要求使用者註冊或登入任何帳號，亦不收集姓名、電話、電郵、通訊錄等任何個人身份識別資料。
不追蹤位置資訊：本應用程式不要求亦不存取使用者的 GPS 或精確地理位置權限。
不設第三方分析或廣告追蹤：本應用程式不包含任何第三方數據分析套件（如 Firebase Analytics、Google Analytics）、廣告 SDK 或跨應用程式追蹤代碼。

使用者所設定的常用港鐵、九巴、城巴或專線小巴路線、自訂標籤與到站快取資料，均僅保存在使用者本機裝置的安全沙盒環境（App Group 共享容器）中。這些資料絕不會上傳至任何遠端伺服器。

本應用程式提供的即時到站預報班次數據直接取自香港政府「資料一線通」(data.gov.hk) 及各交通營運商之公開 API 介面。本應用程式僅作為數據呈現之客戶端工具。

EasyBoard ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed with an on-device, privacy-first architecture:

No Personal Data Collected: The App requires no account registration and does not collect, store, or transmit your name, email, phone number, or any device identifiers.
No Location Tracking: The App does not request or access your device's GPS or location data.
No Third-Party Analytics or Ads: The App contains no tracking cookies, analytics frameworks, or advertising SDKs.
On-Device Storage: All your saved transport routes and configurations reside exclusively on your local device within the secure App Group container.
Open Data Sources: Real-time public transit arrival estimates are retrieved directly from data.gov.hk Open Data APIs provided by the respective Hong Kong transport authorities and operators.
